Spicy Mayonnaise

Mix together equal parts Boulder Hot Sauce and mayonnaise (low fat ok)

Use to: coat fish for grilling (this seals in natural juices and will result in a delightful crust on the outside!)

Or Use: as a substitute whenever mayonnaise is called for in potato salads, dips, on a sandwich, etc.

 

Grilling Sauce

Mix together equal parts Boulder Hot Sauce with olive oil

Use to: marinate steak, pork, and chicken prior to grilling.

 

Seasoned Butter

Mix together equal parts Boulder Hot Sauce and melted Butter or Margarine.

Use To: season popcorn (shake in a plastic bag to coat), in baked or mashed potatoes, with corn or vegetables, in a hollandaise sauce, as a substitute for butter.

 

Easy Additions

Add to: ground meats for burgers and meatballs, sausage, your favorite marinade, salad dressings, soups and stews, the list is endless! Enjoy!

 

 Boulder Hot Sauce Frittata - A Spicy Baked Italian Omelette

     2 - Tbs.(or more) Boulder Hot Sauce
     5 - Red Potatoes - Cut into 1 in. cubes
     1/2 - MediumYellow Onion - Diced
     1/2 - lb.bulk Italian Sausage(mild)
     1/4 - lb.Grated Mozzarella or Monterey Jack Cheese
     6-8 - Eggs
     2 - Tbs. Butter or Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 325°F. Boil potatoes until tender. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 1 Tbs. butter/olive oil and brown sausage over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Add potatoes to skillet and stir together. Add remaining butter/olive oil and coat skillet well. In a medium bowl beat together eggs and hot sauce. Pour into skillet. Bake until eggs set (approx 20-30 min.) Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let skillet cool for 10 minutes. Cut into pie-shaped pieces and serve with warm flour tortillas or toast. Serves 4 hungry people.
